The Visual Anthropology Center (NAVIS) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) promotes the Itinerant Exhibition of Ethnographic Films for the Pierre Verger Prize, which takes place on the 18th, 19th and 20th of October. The event has simultaneous in-person sessions at UFRN, in the Prof. Auditorium. Fernando Bastos Costa, in the Public Policies building, and at UFPB, in Rio Tinto/PB, always starting at 2pm. To participate, registration is available on Sigaa, through the extensions tab.
In partnership with AVAEDOC/UFPB, the Award is dedicated to Ethnographic Films from the 2022 edition. In addition to the screenings, the event includes debate tables. On the first day, the debates take place in a hybrid format, broadcast on the NAVIS YouTube channel.
