RELEASE OF THE RESULT OF THE ELECTION FOR NEW VICE DIRECTOR OF CCHLA TO COMPLETE THE TERM OF THE QUADRENNIUM 2023/2027
Dear Teachers, Students and Administrative Technicians,
It is with immense satisfaction that the Electoral Commission designated by ordinance No. 202/2024 – ADM/CCHLA (13.01), of December 26, 2024, published in Service Bulletin No. 242/2024, of December 26, 2024, chosen at the 2nd Extraordinary Meeting of the Center Council of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts – CONSEC/CCHLA – held on December 18, 2024, using its powers, informs all interested parties and the general public of the result of the Public Consultation for the election of NEW VICE-DIRECTOR OF CCHLA TO COMPLETE THE TERM OF THE QUADRIENNIUM 2023/2027, held on January 17, 2025, from 8 am to 9 pm, via the system SigEleição, according to the report issued by the system, which is attached:
1. The universe of voters eligible to vote was made up of 6,252 (six thousand two hundred and fifty-two) voters, distributed across the three categories eligible for the election:
CCHLA permanent teachers: 270 (two hundred and seventy) voters;
CCHLA Administrative Technicians: 115 (one hundred and fifteen) voters;
CCHLA Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students: 5,867 (five thousand, eight hundred and sixty-seven) voters.
2. According to the rules of the electoral process, the categories received the following weights:
Teachers: 70% (seventy percent);
Administrative Technicians: 15% (fifteen percent);
Students: 15% (fifteen percent).
3. In total, 222 (two hundred and twenty-two) voters voted, distributed by category as follows:
81 (eighty-one) Teachers;
30 (thirty) Administrative Technicians;
111 (one hundred and eleven) Students.
4. Of the votes tallied, the following were recorded:
In Candidacy 01 – Professor Samuel Anderson de Oliveira Lima, Single Board:
77 (seventy-seven) votes from Teachers;
30 (thirty) votes from Administrative Technicians;
108 (one hundred and eight) votes from Students.
Blank votes:
3 (three) Teachers;
0 (zero) for Administrative Technician;
2 (three) of Students;
Total: 5 (five) blank votes.
Null votes:
1 (one) of Teachers;
0 (zero) for Administrative Technician;
1 (three) of Students;
Total: 2 (two) null votes.
5. Of the total votes:
215 (two hundred and fifteen) votes were considered valid;
5 (five) were white;
2 (two) were null.
6. Candidacy 01 of Professor Samuel Anderson de Oliveira Lima, which was the only candidate in the election, taking into account the number of votes per category and the respective weights, obtained 100% (one hundred percent) of the valid votes, reaching a normalized weighted sum of 10 (ten) points, according to the weights assigned in the election registration form.
7. In this way, APPLICATION 01, composed by professor SAMUEL ANDERSON DE OLIVEIRA LIMA – Mat. 3546280 – Department of Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures (DLLEM), WAS DECLARED WINNER OF THE APPLICATION
