The Postgraduate Program in Social Anthropology (PPGAS) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) promotes an informative lecture entitled “Food Changes and Transformations: Yesterday and Today”. The presentation is by professor Ellen Woortmann from the University of Brasília (UnB) and is part of the Health and Biodiversity project.
The event takes place at 9am on September 22nd, in the UFRN Education Center Auditorium. To participate, interested parties register through the Sigaa system.
This initiative is part of the institutional project “Health Processes and Food Practices in a Comparative Perspective (Northeast/Mid-West)”. The arrangement involves professors and students from the Department of Anthropology and PPGAS and has the collaboration of professors from the Postgraduate Program in Social Anthropology (PPGAS) at the University of Brasília (UnB).
