The Department of Anthropology of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at UFRN is holding, on the 19th and 20th, the 1st Cycle of Studies and Debates in Indigenous Ethnology at UFRN, which takes place in Auditorium “B” at CCHLA.
Coordinated by professor José Glebson Vieira, the event aims to discuss the multiple dimensions of Amerindian art and the production processes that involve indigenous artists.
Debates, audiovisual shows and photographic exhibitions by indigenous artist Jaider Makuxi will be held on the occasion.
Registration must be completed via Sigaa. Participants will receive a certificate.

Day 19/9
7pm – Opening of the 1st Cycle of Studies and Debates in Indigenous Ethnology at UFRN;
7:30 pm – Lecture Multiple Dimensions of Amerindian Art – Jaider Makuxi.
Day 20/9
9:30 am – Conversation circle Cultural production and the circuits of indigenous artists – Jaider Makuxi;
2pm – Audiovisual show.
