COMMUNICATION FROM THE CCHLA MANAGEMENT – REOPENING OF THE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2024

The Management of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA) hereby publishes to technical-administrative staff and teachers, the Technical Note No. 01/2025-PROGESP, which deals with the reopening of the performance evaluation calendar for the year 2024. The document was issued by the Dean of People Management (PROGESP) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and is available for consultation and wide dissemination, according to Circular Letter No. 33/2025-PROGESP-REITORIA-UFRN, dated February 10, 2025.
According to the Technical Note, the reopening of the deadline for the 2024 Performance Assessment in the SIGRH system (https://sigrh.ufrn.br) was motivated by the publication of Provisional Measure No. 1,286/2024, of 12/31/2024, which brought changes to the Career Plan for Technical-Administrative Positions in Education (PCCTAE), especially with regard to progression based on merit.
As established in the document, the new evaluation calendar will be as follows:
Registration for incomplete assessments: February 10-19, 2025
Partial result announcement: February 20, 2025
Validation of extra points by the unit manager: February 20th and 21st, 2025
Announcement of the final result: February 22, 2025
Reconsideration Requests: February 22-25, 2025
Analysis of reconsideration requests: From February 25, 2025
Disclosure of the results of reconsideration requests: Until April 30, 2025
It is essential that all servers that have pending registrations carry out the necessary updates within the stipulated deadline. Therefore, the Dean of People Management (PROGESP) requested all employees and managers to verify the need to regularize any incomplete records in the SIGRH system, within the established deadline.
For more information, Technical Note nº 01/2025-PROGESP is attached to this communication and can be accessed at the link: https://arquivos.info.ufrn.br/arquivos/2025184072a3aa16101238e25d37f4426f/Nota_Tcnica_01_2025-PROGESP.pdf.
