NOTICE – ELECTION OF CCHLA TEACHING REPRESENTATIVES IN CONSEPE
ELECTORAL CALENDAR
Dear Teachers,
Below is the calendar of the electoral process – 2023 – FOR CHOOSING TEACHING REPRESENTATIVES (FULL AND ALTERNATE) OF THE CCHLA IN CONSEPE.
I – Application registration period: November 3rd to 9th, 2023;
II – Approval of registrations: November 10, 2023;
III – Period for electoral campaign: from 11 to 16 November 2023;
IV – Election Date: November 17, 2023, from 8 am to 8 pm;
V – Calculation and publication of the preliminary result: November 20, 2023;
VI – Filing of appeals: up to 24 hours from the publication of the preliminary result;
VII – Final Result of the Electoral Process: November 23, 2023.
Copies of the rules of the electoral process, containing the application for registration of a ticket, can be found in Service Bulletin nº 207/2023, of November 3, 2023, pages 16 to 19, or requested from the CCHLA Administrative Secretariat by email: secretariacchla@gmail.com or luan.almeida@ufrn.br.
Chapa registrations must be made by November 9th physically at the CCHLA Administrative Secretariat, located in Room 123 of the CCHLA Administrative building, during opening hours, from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, or by sending an email with the title “Chap Registration – CCHLA Teaching Representation at CONSEPE (01 holder and 01 alternate)” to the email address: luan.almeida@ufrn.br, containing in its body or as an attachment the text of the registration application (Annex I of the Notice).
