Workshop 1 (3h) – Formatting academic work with Word

About the workshop: aims to present participants with knowledge about ABNT standards for summary, summary, academic work, references and citations, as well as to carry out the practical application of these standards in academic work. Standardization prioritizes lists (automatic), summary, table of contents (automatic), page numbers, section titles, citations and references. To register, the course participant must have Word installed on their computer.
Workshop 2 (3h) – Grammar topics for text review I

About the workshop: aims to identify the concept of grammar and distinguish its different types, as well as analyze different texts applying the appropriate standard. The practice encompasses the following topics: types of grammar, pronoun placement, relative pronouns, use of whys, punctuation (comma), spelling – use of hyphens and writing times.

About the workshop: it aims to present different aspects of linguistic variation and its relationship with discursive genres, as well as analyze different texts applying the appropriate standard. The practice encompasses the following topics: use of crasis, linguistic variation, connectives/parallelism, demonstrative pronouns, punctuation (semicolon), notions of spelling (homonyms).
Workshop 4 (3h) – Review of school essays with a focus on high school

About the workshop: it aims to reflect on the teacher/reviewer's attitude towards students' texts, in order to make this activity more constructive and less punitive. Furthermore, the laboratory aims to study the main skills for evaluating argumentative essay texts with a focus on the National High School Exam, in order to provide teachers with greater confidence when reviewing.
