The coordination of Instituto Ágora launched a notice for the selection of a Spanish Language scholarship for students on the Bachelor of Arts – Spanish course at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, Campus Natal. The opportunity provides for the granting of a CONSAD Scholarship to work as a teaching intern in courses offered by the institution.
Registration takes place between May 18th and 20th, 2026 and must be made by email to the Spanish course coordinator (juliana.maioli@ufrn.br), following the guidelines set out in the notice. To participate, candidates must be actively enrolled in the Literature – Spanish course and have completed or are currently taking the Spanish Language Studies III subject.
Interested parties must send proof of enrollment, ID, CPF, updated academic record and personal contacts in PDF format to the email of the coordinator of the Spanish area at Instituto Ágora, with the subject “REGISTRATION FOR INSTITUTO ÁGORA SCHOLARSHIP”.
The selection process will be carried out in two phases. The first will be internal, while the second will consist of a microclass taught in Spanish. At this stage, candidates must present a 25-minute class aimed at an A2 level audience, using a communicative and culturally sensitive approach.
The selected scholarship holder will teach Spanish in classes at Instituto Ágora, being able to teach up to a limit of 180 hours per semester. The scholarship will initially last for six months, with the possibility of renewal for up to 24 months, according to the evaluation of the area coordination.
The final result of the selection process is scheduled for May 27, 2026.
