The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) is accepting applications for the Secondary Studies Program (PES) at the Public Policy Institute (IPP). The initiative is aimed at students and professionals interested in introductory training in the area of public management, with free courses and certificate issuance.
The program offers two training tracks: Municipal Management and Participatory Management and Social Control. The subjects are part of the degree in Public Policy Management, and those selected will have access to the same classes, teachers, research groups and activities as regular students on the course.
Training can be completed in one to two years, with classes on the UFRN central campus, in the afternoon or at night. People who are not linked to UFRN can participate, including students from other institutions, graduates from any faculty recognized by the MEC and those who have started their degree, even without having completed it.
Registration continues until July 9th, on the SIGAA website (sigaa.ufrn.br), in the section “Selection Processes > Complementary Training > PES/IPP/UFRN 2025”. The selection will be made through an objective test, scheduled for July 22nd. The result will be announced on July 28th, with registrations between July 28th and August 6th. Classes start on August 11th.
