Ágora Institute of UFRN opens selection for administrative scholarship

The ÁGORA Institute – Modern Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures, a supplementary unit of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), published a notice for the granting of a scholarship for students at the institution.
The vacancy is for the role of administrative assistant, with a workload of 20 hours per week, from 8am to 12pm, Monday to Friday, at the Instituto Ágora secretariat. The notice exclusively covers students regularly enrolled in in-person undergraduate courses at UFRN, on the Natal campus. Candidates must have basic computer skills and English to serve foreign customers, as well as being available in the morning shift.
Registration
Interested parties can register until midnight on February 17, 2025, by sending an email to institutoagora2015@gmail.com with the following documents in PDF format:

Copy of identity document (front and back);
Academic transcript of the course at UFRN;
CV, accompanied by supporting documentation, if any.

In the body of the email, the candidate must provide a cell phone number with area code and an updated email address.
Selection Process
The selection will take place in two stages:

Analysis of CV and academic record – Only candidates who meet the criteria in the notice will proceed to the next phase.
In-person interview – Those pre-selected will be called for an interview at the Instituto Ágora Secretariat. Part of the interview may be carried out in English.

The initiative seeks to provide practical experience to UFRN students, contributing to their academic and professional training.
