LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION
Dear Teachers,
The Electoral Commission designated by Ordinance No. 44/2025-CCHLA (13.00), of April 2, 2025, published in Service Bulletin No. 061/2025, on April 3, 2025, using its powers, informs them of the electoral calendar and reinforces that Sunday, April 13, 2025, is the last day for Registration of Candidates in the PROCESS ELECTORAL METHOD FOR CHOOSING CCHLA TEACHING REPRESENTATIVES IN CPPD:
Election Calendar
I – Application registration period: April 7th to 13th, 2025;
II – Approval of registrations: April 14, 2025;
III – Filing of appeals: up to 24 hours from the publication of the Registration Approval;
IV – Period for electoral campaign: April 16 to 21, 2025;
V – Election Date: from 8 am to 10 pm on April 22, 2025;
VI – Calculation and publication of the preliminary result: April 23, 2025;
VII – Filing of appeals: up to 24 hours from the publication of the preliminary result;
VIII – Final Result of the Electoral Process and submission to CONSEC: April 25, 2025.
We also take this opportunity to forward, as an attachment, the Internal Rules of the Electoral Process containing the Candidate Registration form that must be sent, by the date of 04/13/2025, next Sunday, via email by those interested in running for the election to the email: secretariacchla@gmail.com.
