The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), through the Viver em Harmonia program, opens this Thursday, 11th, registrations for the Life with Maturity Arts Group. The initiative aims to improve physical and mental health by stimulating creative capacity, self-knowledge and personal appreciation.
The meetings will be held on Mondays, from 3pm to 4:30pm, in the auditorium of the Public Health Care Department (DAS), and will feature theatrical initiation games, interaction between participants, open conversations about the class, among other moments.
From the work, it is expected to enable alternatives to re-signify the life proposal of post-retirement employees, with the self-expression of feelings through artistic/theatrical language.
Interested parties must register by 12pm on April 22nd, via the Integrated Human Resources Management System (SIGRH), with subsequent information by telephone to schedule an individual appointment.
