For the first time, the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) will host, from April 11th to 14th, the IV Latin American Egyptology Colloquium. The event aims to bring together Latin American Egyptologists, providing a space for debate for the most recent research in the area. The presentation will take place remotely, via StreamYard, so that all conferences and tables will be easily accessed later on the MAAT Extension Group's YouTube channel. Registration takes place through SIGAA.
The three previous editions took place in Argentina, in Buenos Aires, and were organized by professor Maria Violeta Pereyra, from the University of Buenos Aires. This time, the event will feature the participation of 21 Brazilian presenters, including UFRN professor Marcia Severina Vasquez, who will open the conference.
Check the schedule for the entire event on our website or on SIGAA.
