UFRN holds 1st LGBT Meeting of the National Homeless Population Movement

The Psychology department of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at UFRN is holding the 1st LGBT Meeting of the National Homeless Population Movement, whose theme is “Organization and Confronting the System in Times of Conservatism”, on June 27th and 28th, starting at 8am, in the Public Health department of the UFRN Health Sciences Center.
According to the organization of the event, the methodology used will be exposure and debates in order to thematize, problematize and seek solutions to the problems presented, encouraging coexistence with differences and the right to diversity.
The objective of the event is to debate social policies aimed at the homeless population and the specificities of the LGBT public and discuss the human rights violations suffered by this population and their possible confrontations.
