UFRN holds event on Local Rights in the Ibero-American World

The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) is holding the event “Local rights in the Ibero-American world” from April 24th to 26th. The event includes round tables, thematic symposiums and conferences, addressing different conceptions of law in the modern period, focusing on locations in Iberian America and the Iberian Peninsula. Registration is available through the website:direitoslocalis2024.lehs.ufrn.br.
The event, with the support of CCHLA, aims to bring together scholars dedicated to researching local rights in the Ibero-American region, including their relevance for the organization of groups, including minorities. Experts from Spain, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru and Argentina were invited to participate and contribute to the discussions, along with Brazilian researchers already dedicated to the topic.
