UFRN promotes debate on women's football in RN

   The Department of Physical Education (DEF), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), is holding the I Meeting on Women's Football in Rio Grande do Norte: from its history to the technical and tactical elements that surround it. The event's target audience is undergraduate and postgraduate students in Physical Education, Physiotherapy, History and Journalism. The Meeting takes place on Monday, March 25th, from 5pm to 7pm, in the DEF auditorium.
   The organization explains that the meeting “aims to contribute to the dissemination of women's football in our state, as well as to raise people's awareness about its reality”. The focus is to publicize and discuss women's football in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, considering its history, the working conditions that athletes face today and the possibilities that present themselves in technical and tactical terms for this sporting practice.
