UFRN promotes debate on quality aging

The newly created Institute of Aging (IEN), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), is holding, on the 19th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, 28th and 30th of August, the first event on tackling inequalities in the aging process, with a view to contributing to the consolidation of the National Health Policy for the Elderly (PNSPI) in the state of Rio Grande do Norte.
The action aims to bring social inequalities and their impact on the aging process of the population to the discussion, including moments of presentation of the topic by experts, discussion groups in groups and construction of a plan to combat these differences.
Administrative technicians, teachers and students from undergraduate and postgraduate courses (specialization, master's and doctorate) at UFRN can participate in the event. Information about the event and registration is available at this link.
