UFRN offers free Mandarin and Chinese culture classes

The UFRN Secretariat for International Relations (SRI) is inaugurating the UFRN Chinese Online Classroom, an extension project that is the result of agreements signed between UFRN, Continental Han Feng Network Technology (a company linked to the Chinese Ministry of Education) and Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU).
The project allows online courses taught by ZISU teachers, through the Zoom application. In addition, students will have access to a MOOC platform with course content and other materials.
The courses are open to both the UFRN community and the external public. In 2023.2, four classes will be offered: two Mandarin for Beginners classes, one Mandarin – Level 2 class and one Chinese Culture class. Classes will be at night and will begin in the last week of August.
Registration for the courses will be open from 8am on Saturday, August 5th, until 11:59pm on Friday, the 11th, and will be made using this form. The notice with more information is available here.
