On December 15th, starting at 6 pm, at the Clube do Radioamador, Av. Rodrigues Alves, in Tirol (neighbor to Cidade da Criança), there will be the launch of the book Memórias, Faculdade de Jornalismo Eloy de Souza, organized by UFRN professors Geraldo Queiroz, Nicolau Frederico, Rejane Lordão and Tarcísio Gurgel.
Professor Geraldo Queiroz, former rector of UFRN, clarifies that in March this year he completed 50 years since the graduation of the first class, of which he was a proud part, and also 40 years since the regulation that consolidated the UFRN Communication Course, created at the end of 1975 and which succeeded it.
"On behalf of the organizers, I invite everyone to participate in the launch, especially those who continued and continue the mission of the old Faculty, a milestone in the history of Rio Grande do Norte. The book demonstrates this, through the various narratives of its authors."
With this work, the reader will have elements to judge the importance of the legacy of the Faculty of Journalism Eloy de Souza for the history, education and culture of Rio Grande do Norte.
The launch of the work will take place on December 15th, starting at 6 pm, at Clube do Radioamador, Av. Rodrigues Alves, in Tirol.
