UFRN opens selection for Master's in Social Anthropology with affirmative vacancies

The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) has released a notice for the Master's in Social Anthropology selection process. The notice is aimed at indigenous candidates, quilombolas, gypsies, transsexuals and transvestites, following the institution's affirmative action policy. Four places will be offered. Registration must be made through SIGAA, until October 23, 2024.
The program's lines of research include: Spaces, Images and Technologies; Gender, Sexualities, Body and Health; Memory, Local Knowledge, Religiosity and Rituals; and Politics, Rights and Ethnicity.
Interested parties must present an undergraduate degree and the supporting documents required in the notice, such as academic transcripts and preliminary research project. The stages of the selection process include document analysis, evaluation of the preliminary project and oral defense. The final result will be released on November 28, 2024.
