UFRN opens registrations for Community Memory Construction Course

Registration is now open for the course “How to Build Community Memories”, promoted by the History Department of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Registration can be made from June 6th to 30th using the form available on our website.
Coordinated by professor Dr. Margarida Dias, the course adopts a participatory methodology, involving the experiences of socially invisible groups. With a total workload of 50 hours, the course includes 20 hours of face-to-face activities and 30 hours of individual activities, such as readings and preparation of diagnoses.
The course, which will be held in Classes Sector II of UFRN's Natal Campus, aims to train both community members and History professionals and students to meet the aspirations of marginalized groups and redefine history as a relevant social practice.
