The Ibero-American Society of Neoplatonic Studies (SIAEN), in partnership with the Postgraduate Program in Philosophy (PPGFIL) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), invites teachers and researchers to call for papers at the IV Ibero-American Seminar on Neoplatonic Studies. The event will take place in Natal, from January 30th to February 1st, 2023, on the UFRN premises.
The central theme of the event brings together two aspects of Neoplatonic thought: Mysticism and Politics. Work proposals are expected that address the articulation between both aspects. Interested parties must send a Summary of Work (ARIAL 11, max. 15 lines, with 03 keywords) to the email address IVSIAEN@gmail.com by October 30, 2022.
Communications proposals (20 min) will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The list of approved works will be published by November 30, 2022 on the UFRN Postgraduate Program in Philosophy website.
The presentation of work may be in person or remotely, and it is necessary to indicate the chosen modality in the proposal. The selection of communications proposals will consider suitability for the event theme and the physical space reserved for the event and operability in the case of remote presentation.
Job registration fees vary: Postgraduate Students R$70.00; Teachers R$ 150.00.
