In the light of time, the magazine Mangues & Letras was born without a precise date between the railways of Ceará, the mangroves of Pernambuco and the green dunes of Rio Grande do Norte. Since then, the dream-idea took shape and other voices came to join us. Therefore, we set out here with the intention of gathering brief looks every six months, publishing short poems in dialogue with the experimental voices of street art.
