UFRN professor participates in national seminar for the transitional government

During the 7th and 8th of December, the seminar “Reconstruction of Social Participation in Brazil” will take place, held by the Democracy and Participation Network (RDP). The event will bring to the table as coordinator of National Councils and Conferences, the professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), Lindijane Almeida.

On this occasion, members will seek reflections on the topic with the aim of drawing up a diagnosis of the social participation of civil society in relation to the federal government. The event takes place in Brasília, with in-person conferences broadcast online. Access the registration form on our website.

The seminar contributes to the tasks of the Social Participation Council of the Government Transition Office. The Institute of Democracy and Democratization of Communication and the Brazilian Network of Participatory Budgeting also helped in organizing the event, with the support of the Observatório das Metrópoles e Resocie – IPOL.
