Proae promotes meetings on Career Decisions

The Dean of Student Affairs (Proae), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), promotes 5 meetings on career decisions, from October 23rd to November 20th, in the Proae Psychology room, located in the UFRN Rectory. The event is free and its target audience is mainly students completing in-person undergraduate courses at UFRN.
The relevance of addressing such themes concerns the current moment in which society lives, where new possibilities are consolidating in the market; Areas of activity that until recently were not common or did not exist are now being targeted for professional insertion. Given the large number of possibilities, the objective of career guidance aims to facilitate, through various actions, the moment of making choices, helping the subject to understand their life situation, which includes personal, social and economic aspects.

10/23/19 – 1st meeting – 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Start of the First Group/Workshop meeting – Career Decisions
In this first moment, the insertion and ambiance of the group will be worked on – introducing the participants and carrying out integration dynamics.
 
10/30/2019 – 2nd meeting 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Carrying out guided relaxation/meditation practices;
Carrying out activities related to career topics.
 
06/11/2019 – 3rd meeting 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Work on the analysis of the decision process, through psychological dynamics and techniques.
 
11/13/2019 – 4th meeting 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Carrying out dynamics on the process of insertion into the job market and reflections on this phenomenon.
 
11/20/19 – 5th meeting 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Closing – feedback and evaluations.
