The Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (CCHLA/UFRN), carries out integrative practice activities aimed at the unit's employees on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 9:30 am.
The activities are part of CCHLA's Quality of Life and Health at Work Project and involve physical exercises, stretching, moments of meditation and coexistence among employees.
The exercises are coordinated by students from the UFRN Physical Education course, and take place in Pracinha do CCHLA, with participation being open to all employees.
