PPGAS promotes seminar on human-animal relations in Anthropology

From the 18th to the 27th of April, the postgraduate program in Anthropology, at the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at UFRN, will hold the seminar entitled: “Human-animal relations in Anthropology”. The event takes place in Sector II of classes, starting at 9am. Registration can be done via SIGAA.
With the participation of professor Dr. Juliana Abonizio from UFMT, the project aims to discuss topics such as the place of animals in the contemporary anthropological debate, the consumption of animals as food and as value, the relationship with animals in urban environments – from pets to mosquitoes, among others.
