The Teaching Initiation Program (PIBID) of the Spanish Literature course at UFRN will hold this Tuesday (30), starting at 2pm, a training session with scholarship holders and guests on gender and sexual diversity in the school environment. The action is open to anyone interested, without the need for prior registration, and will take place in room 19 of block I, Classroom Sector 2 of the Central Campus. The event will be attended by journalist Allyson Moreira, a master's student in the Media Studies program (PPgEM-UFRN) and member of the Tirésias Center for studies in gender, sexual diversity and human rights at UFRN.
“This action is important so that we can better understand and deal with diversity in the classroom, reflecting on the humanized training of our future teachers”, says professor Izabel Nascimento (DLLEM-UFRN), responsible for the event.
