Doctoral student Indianara Maria Ferreira and master's student Iasmin Shamayne Bezerra from the Postgraduate Program in Psychology (PPgPsi-UFRN), and graduate Antônio Henrique Braga from the Professional Master's Degree in Family Health (MPSF/Renasf), under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ana Karenina Arraes Amorim (PPgPsi-UFRN), had her intervention research work involving mental health care strategies and Autonomous Medication Management (GAM) published in the Portfolio of Inspiring Practices in Psychosocial Care, developed by Fiocruz/RJ.
The Portfolio brings together diverse experiences throughout Brazil in the field of mental health and psychosocial care in SUS primary health care, and was developed collaboratively with workers, managers, SUS users, and leading researchers.  The work carried out in Rio Grande do Sul scenarios (especially Grande Natal, Assu and Currais Novos) is part of research projects developed through an international cooperation agreement signed by UFRN, with 23 scientific entities gathered in the International Observatory of GAM Practices (see https://observatoriogam.unifesp.br/) which aims to gather, disseminate and evaluate GAM experiences in Brazilian, Canadian and Spanish contexts.
The aforementioned works in Potiguar scenarios are available at:
