CCHLA research on text revision is published in e-book

The results of a research on text revision, conducted by the Revision and Layout Sector of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA) at UFRN, were published in an e-book that brings together the works presented at the V National Text Revision Forum. The event took place on November 24th and 25th, 2022 at UFRN.
Entitled “Connecting Knowledge and Practices: Reflections on Text Review”, the work was carried out by Karla Geane de Oliveira, responsible for review activities at CCHLA, and fellow Ysabelly Campelo Lima da Cruz. The authors analyzed the responses to a questionnaire related to the works reviewed in the sector between 2015 and 2022.
The focus of the e-book, as well as the article “Interventions Performed in the Text in the Review Process”, is to discuss the interventions made in the texts in the review process. The research analyzes changes made directly to the text, markings that the author can accept or reject, suggestions for changes, and questions for the author to reflect on through comments.
The e-book is available in the UFRN repository and can be accessed through the link: [https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/58204].
