Obijuv debate on Cinema and Racism

Next Tuesday, January 25th, at 7:30 pm, the UFRN's Observatory of the Child and Youth Population in Contexts of Violence (Obijuv) will welcome professor Érico Andrade Marques de Oliveira to talk about cinema and racism. The debate integrates studies on Marxism, art and politics. The activity will be open and broadcast on Obijuv's YouTube channel.
Professor Érico has a PhD in Philosophy from the Paris-Sorbonne University, associate professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco, author of several articles, translations, books and film reviews. He works in the area of ​​politics, focusing on contemporary approaches such as racism, affections and singularity. Érico is also a film columnist for Humanidades magazine.
The event will be mediated by Obijuv coordinators, Ilana Paiva and Luana Cabral.
