With the aim of valuing the work of researchers and amplifying the debate that will be promoted at the International Multi-risk Seminar, the works presented at the event may be transformed into complete texts for publication in the Revista Ecologias Humanas. “The proposal is to select the proposals that most contribute to the debate on multi-risk scenarios to compose a publication that encourages reflection in the Brazilian community”, highlights the general coordinator of the Seminar, Lutiane Almeida.
The partnership with the Brazilian Society of Human Ecology (SABEH) was formalized at the beginning of this year, with the aim of collaborating with the dissemination of the event and the highlighted theme. The Seminar's scientific committee will invite the authors of the best works presented in April, during the event, to prepare a complete text, of 10 to 15 pages, which will be included in the special edition of the Journal, scheduled for publication in October 2024.
The period for submission of expanded abstracts is open until February 10, 2024. Expanded abstracts (up to 1,000 words) must be sent in word, with title, five keywords and identification of authorship via the registration form (https://forms.gle/e88FddAzg5p42kcC6) or to email: Projetomultirrisco@gmail.com. Abstracts are accepted in Portuguese and English, based on empirical and theoretical works and systematic literature reviews. There will be a work presentation session in virtual and in-person formats.
