Humanitas Institute opens vacancies for elective courses

The Humanitas Institute (IH), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), has vacancies open for elective courses for the second semester of 2019. The Institute offers eight subjects on different topics for undergraduate students at UFRN.
The subjects offered are: Internet and Globalization of Culture (with morning and evening openings), Analysis and Evaluation of Public Policies, Epistemological and Ontological Turns in Contemporary Social Theories, Theory of Recognition and Human Rights, Cultural Industry and Ordinary Culture as a Teaching Strategy and Dialogues of Knowledge and Epistemology of Social Sciences (morning and evening).
According to professor Alípio de Sousa, director of the Humanitas Institute, the curricular components offer “a diversification of themes, questions and reflections that focus on updating theoretical thinking within the scope of knowledge of social, political, cultural, ethical issues, among others”.
Enrollment is open and must be completed in the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (Sigaa), by next Monday, 15th.
