Next Saturday, the 26th, the Ágora Institute will hold the first edition of the Hispano-Franca Fair, an event organized by Spanish and French language coordinators and scholarship holders from the institute. The event will be held in block A of classroom sector II, close to Ágora, from 8am and has a diverse program that is open to the public.
The purpose of the event is to hold an interactive fair in which students taking courses in the two Romance languages at Instituto Ágora, French and Spanish, will present posters, music, traditions and foods typical of these two linguistic universes. The action aims to promote expression in a foreign language, interculturality, and the collective work of students, in addition, it is also an opportunity to show the external public what is produced within the University.
There will be karaoke sessions, dance and typical food presentations, displays of some traditions from Hispanic and French-speaking countries, among other activities. Anyone can check out the fair, including groups of elementary school students from schools in Natal, one of the target audiences for the action.
