Registration open for proposing working groups at CCHLA's XXI Humanities Week

The call for proposals for working groups for the XXI Humanities Week is open. The deadline for Gts registration ends on June 3rd. Proposals from the GTs must be sent to the email: 21semanahumanidades.cchla@gmail.com.
The GTs will be proposed exclusively by the coordinators of the CCHLA research groups. To propose GTs, the general theme of the event must be taken as a reference: “Democracy and formative action: building territories, (de)constructing subjects”, placing the proposal in one of the three established thematic axes. They are:
Axis 1 – Education, society and politics: this axis is intended to discuss issues such as: education and citizenship; ethics and institutions; social justice; politics, economics and public interest; media, power and society; State, law and democracy etc.
Axis 2 – Space, democracy and participation: this axis will seek to think about topics such as revitalization and urban mobility; politics and environment; security and anti-drug policy; access to public services and goods; space, power and public policies etc.
Axis 3 – Subjectivity, autonomy and resistance: this axis will seek to discuss issues linked to the construction of subjectivity, its expression and its relationship with the social sphere such as: diversity and affirmative actions; cultural policy; ethics and aesthetics; law and language; discursive practices and autonomy; language and subject; literature and society; corporeality and expression; gender, identity and culture; art, resistance and creation; counter-conduct practices, etc.
The results of the GTs analysis will be released on June 10th.
