The Postgraduate Program in Philosophy (Ppgfil), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), hosts the II International Philosophy Seminar, which takes place from October 16th to 18th, 2023. The event takes place in Auditorium D of the CCHLA. Registration is open until October 13th on Sigaa.
The event's central theme is “Thinking the Earth”, a reflection in the midst of the global crisis, marked by the devastation of nature, climate change, contamination of natural resources and environmental imbalance. The seminar, organized by professors Oscar Federico Bauchwitz (UFRN), Clodomir Barros de Andrade (UFJF), Luana Alves de Oliveira (PPGFIL-UFRN), Leonardo Bernardino Rodrigues (PPGFIL-UFRN) and
Amanda Rocha Brito (UFRN), receives proposals for works that address not only the philosophical tradition, but also other perspectives that dialogue with Philosophy and contribute to reflection on the proposed topic.
