The Socioeconomics of the Environment and Environmental Policy – SEMAPA research group from the Public Policies department at UFRN promotes on June 5th the seminar “Policy and Management of Solid Waste in Rio Grande do Norte”. The event takes place from 3pm to 7pm. Registration can be done on site and certificates will be issued to participants.
To celebrate World Environment Day, the seminar will present the main research results of four masters trained in the Postgraduate Program in Urban and Regional Studies at UFRN, covering diagnoses, evaluations, propositions and alternatives for solid waste management in Rio Grande do Norte in light of the recommendations of the National Solid Waste Policy.
