Audiovisual Script Festival takes place in August in RJ

Rota – Audiovisual Script Festival is a space for congregation around fundamental issues that involve the writing and adaptation of the script. The Festival will take place from August 14th to 18th at the Darcy Ribeiro Cinema School, in Rio de Janeiro. The event's program includes Round Tables, a Screenplay Competition, a Competitive Short Film Exhibition and a Screenwriting Workshop, among other attractions.
For this first edition, the participation of Rodrigo Fonseca, screenwriter and film critic, who was a judge at the 2017 Cannes Festival, and Felipe Sholl, winner of the Rio Film Festival in 2016, has already been confirmed. Rodrigo will be one of the curators and Felipe will give a scriptwriting workshop throughout the festival.
