The Postgraduate Program in Social Anthropology (PPGAS) and the Postgraduate Program in Media Studies (PPGEM), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), promote, on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of March, at Instituto Ágora, the short course Cinema and Social Transformation: the community as the protagonist of history.
The short-term course lasts 15 hours and can be converted into one credit for PPGAS students. It will be taught by the protagonists of the Por Telas Project. Por Telas is a non-profit social project that seeks to provide the democratization of access to audiovisual production through training workshops, in addition to access to cultural goods, all free of charge, for young people and adults from needy communities.
