"Happy, excited and grateful! That's how I feel about receiving the distinction of Best Thesis from the Brazilian Society of Public Administration - SBAP. Happy because, in itself, finishing the PhD cycle is already a reason for enormous happiness (a happiness that can be described as relieved). Thrilled because the final result of this process, the long-awaited thesis, was recognized by the prestigious and important SBAP for its quality. Not even in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would get this far. For that, I have everything to be grateful for. “, he said.
