The UFRN Publishing House (EDUFRN) is accepting applications for the selection of a technical support fellow to collaborate with the Editorial Coordination and the Review Sector. The scholarship is paid (worth R$400), lasting up to 2 years, and has a workload of 20 hours per week, in the morning shift (from 8 am to 12 pm).
Students of Literature, Social Communication and Journalism, from the third period onwards, who enjoy reading, are willing to research and learn about the written Portuguese language and have studied the subject of Reading and Text Production or equivalent, can participate in the selection. They must also be registered in the Single Registry of the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (Sigaa).
The main activity to be carried out is to collaborate with the editing process of the books to be published by Editora da UFRN, which includes the preparation of the originals, textual review (spelling, syntactic and semantic) and reading the final diagrammed proof.
To apply, interested parties must access Sigaa by May 14th, using the following path: Scholarships > Scholarship Opportunity > Technical Support > University Publishing House. In addition, they must send their resume and academic history to the email revisao.edufrn@gmail.com.
The selection includes analysis of CV and academic history, proof of technical knowledge (production and textual review) and interview. Those approved in each stage will receive notification by email. The scholarship starts on June 3, 2019. Information: (84) 3342-2221.
