The Department of Arts (DEART), in partnership with the Art at School extension project, promotes the video conference Your body speaks! – Introduction to Integrative Psychosomatics with Hector Gil, next Saturday, the 4th, at 3pm. There are two moments: on Saturday (free) and on Sunday, the 5th, for those who want to learn more, there will be a workshop, at the same time, costing R$ 299.00.
The event is part of a series of online lectures that are being held during this period of social isolation, caused by the new coronavirus. The action is aimed at training art teachers, but also those interested in the subject such as artists and the community in general, as well as doctors, therapists, teachers, athletes, yoga practitioners, martial arts practitioners, among others.
Topics that will be discussed at this online meeting: Why did this disease appear now? What does this symptom and pain mean? Can I soothe or heal an organ by managing my emotions well? How are illnesses, stress and self-esteem related? “In this workshop we will see keys to improving patient health, from the emotional point of view”, reinforces the event organizers.
