CCHLA management comments on problems in Labcom's infrastructure

Students of the social communication course at the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts at UFRN, demand some improvements in the infrastructure of the Communication Laboratory (Labcom).
Among the main complaints are the absence of Wi-Fi and the lack of accessibility to the building.
In response, the deputy director of the Sebastião Faustino Center comments that there is no router or access point for acquisition by UFRN.
According to him, it is necessary for the university to put computer equipment for Wi-Fi access up for bid.
Regarding accessibility, Faustino reveals that UFRN has not held a tender for the purchase of an elevator or platforms for more than three years, which is why it was not possible for the institution to acquire the elevator and, consequently, for Labcom.
We inform you that, due to the national teacher strike, the CCHLA sectoral library will not open tomorrow, 22/09. On Friday, activities will return normally. Users who have books to return on tomorrow's date can return them the following day, as the system will automatically record the new date as valid.
