The Department of Arts (Deart), of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), promotes the second edition of the National Children's Theater Symposium, which takes place from the 4th to the 7th of October in a hybrid format (in person or remotely). Registration as a listener takes place on the day of each in-person activity. The event will last 16 hours.
In the remote format category, the Symposium offers Virtual Working Groups (GTV), which will be a space for presenting submitted and approved texts. In person, artistic-pedagogical interventions take place, consisting of workshops and cultural presentations with children and adolescents. The actions will be applied to undergraduate students and aimed at children from the Early Childhood Education Center (NEI/UFRN).
On the first day, there will be a round table to open the event and then the presentation of the musical “Folia dos tres bois”. On the second day, artistic-pedagogical activities and GTV take place. On the third day, there is a presentation of “A Caliografia da Dona Sofia”, by the theater group Baobá, and, later, another GTV. On the last day, more activities and the end of the event.
