Dase offers support to students with anxiety symptoms

The Student Health Care Division (Dase), of the Dean of Student Affairs at UFRN, offers special attention to people with symptoms of anxiety through the Online Therapeutic Group. The registration period for “Dialogando com Ansiedade” started yesterday, the 24th, and continues until the 28th of November. The activities will take place during 5 weekly meetings, always from 9am to 11am.
The group and the project aim to provide a space for students to reflect on anxiety symptoms. The initiative seeks not only to increase the awareness of participants but also possibilities for healthier reactions to anxiety.
Registration takes place through SIGAA.
