Check CCHLA opening hours during the academic recess

Dear teachers and administrative technicians,
Due to the vulnerability of UFRN, during the academic vacation period, we have announced to all the opening hours of the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts:
CCHLA OPENING HOURS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 07/24 to 08/11/2023 – CLASS RECESS:
CCHLA Administrative Building, from 7am to 5pm;
CCHLA Sector Library, from 8am to 5pm;
Academic Supervision of Classes Sector II, from 6:30 am to 5 pm;
DEART, from 8am to 5pm;
LABCOM, from 8am to 5pm;
Instituto Ágora, from 7:30 am to 5 pm;
SEPA, from 7am to 5pm.
We clarify that the Sectors mentioned above will return to their usual opening hours from August 14, 2023.
We ask for the employees' understanding in adapting their schedules in order to fulfill the weekly workload stipulated in the employment contract, according to the hours established for operation during the academic vacation period.
