The Librarianship course at the Center for Applied Social Sciences (CCSA), at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), will carry out the Reading Club extension project for studies and discussion on Jane Austen's classics starting this Tuesday (30), from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, in Room B2 of Classroom Sector I, the University's central campus, in Natal.
Open to the public, participation in the club is free, and registrations can be made through the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (Sigaa) or directly on site. The first meeting will be attended by writer Ana Claudia Trigueiro, who will speak about English literature. Afterwards, a conversation will be held about each reader's individual experience with Jane Austen's productions, with an initial focus on the work Pride and Prejudice.
The meetings will take place every month, lasting until November 18th, seeking to adapt to the formats and needs of the participants and being flexible in both format and dates, and can be adapted to the group's needs over the months.
