Traditional knowledge, education and heritage is the theme of the CIRS 2019 Seminar, an event held by the Culture, Identity and Symbolic Representations Research Group (CIRS) that takes place at UFRN on November 14, at the Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA). The program consists of lectures, round tables and working groups.
The Seminar takes place annually and aims to promote and disseminate excellent scientific research developed by students on the master's and doctorate courses in Social Anthropology at UFRN, enabling greater integration between the academic community and the external public. Undergraduate and postgraduate students, masters, doctors, community leaders and scholars of the themes can submit work proposals to the event.
Abstracts for presentation must be sent to the email eventocirs2019@gmail.com by October 31st. The Seminar's Scientific Committee will analyze the work that will make up the program. Registration is open on Sigaa.
