The Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) promotes the 3rd Meeting of the Study Cycle on Text Revision for Beginners. The event, which seeks to explore the topic of textual revision, takes place on June 21st, in auditorium B of the CCHLA, from 2pm. Registration is available on Sigaa.
The meeting will feature speakers, who will share their experiences in the area. Among them will be Renata Coutinho, Master's student in Language Studies at UFRN, and Êmili Rosseti, Journalist at UFRN and PhD in Speech and Social Media from the University of Porto (POR).
In addition to the lectures, there will be space for discussion of the work “Revision of texts and dialogues with the author”, written by Ana Elisa Ribeiro. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to carry out a practical activity with one of the excerpts from the text, mediated by Dr. Fabiola Barreto.

The event was attended by text reviewers from UFRN, Karla Oliveira (CCHLA), Wildson Confessor (EDUFRN), Êmili Rossetti (Comunica) and Fabíola Barreto (Sedis). In addition to students from undergraduate Literature and Journalism courses, Portuguese language teachers from the public education network, and others interested in the textual review activity.
