CCHLA holds 2nd Text Revision Workshop for Beginners

The Center for Human Sciences, Letters and Arts (CCHLA), in partnership with Sedis, EDUFRN and Comunica, is promoting the second edition of the Text Revision Workshop for Beginners. The main objective of the event is to address textual revision as a process of improving content, including linguistic (spelling, syntactic and semantic) and discursive adjustments, aiming to obtain the best possible form for the text.
The theoretical and practical activities will take place on the 12th, 13th and 14th of September 2023 and will be distributed in different locations, according to the schedule:

09/12/2023: Auditorium D (CCHLA), from 2pm to 6pm.
09/13/2023: Laboratories 1 and 2 (Instituto Ágora), from 2pm to 6pm.
09/14/2023: Auditorium 2 (Instituto Ágora), from 2pm to 6pm.

In total, 40 vacancies are available for those interested in improving their text proofreading skills. In addition to practical and theoretical learning, participants will receive a certificate with a 12-hour course load at the end of the workshop.
Registration is open and can be done through Sigaa until 09/08/2023. Don't miss the opportunity to improve your skills in the art of proofreading and contribute to improving written communication.
